Feel good in the wellness area

We have created a high-quality, wheelchair-accessible wellness area in our new Goggwäärgji building. The impressive glass construction with cubic windows will amaze you. After enjoying the cozy warmth in one of our three saunas (Finnish, Bio and Cocoon), a comfortable lounger awaits you in the relaxation room or you can cool off in the outdoor area. If you like it bubbly, you will certainly like our fresh water whirlpool (can be booked additionally). Here you can enjoy a pleasantly warm bathing experience with a bubble function and homemade aromatic bath salts. The natural aromas are free from chemicals, as the water is drinking water. Enjoy the moment and let your gaze wander over the Blinnen valley. You can also choose from a variety of massages. The wellness area is included for our house guests (except fresh water whirlpool CHF 59.00 for 1 – 2 persons incl. a glass of Valais sparkling wine).

For me, yoga is a constant reminder to treat the world, my fellow human beings and myself with love in my thoughts, words and actions.

Both in my own practice and when teaching, it is important to me to harmonise body, mind and soul. Yoga supports me in this process and helps me to find a good balance, which is what I want for my students too.

Yoga is primarily about being aware of your own state on the mat and feeling the energy. Being mindful of the practitioners during the class is very important to me.

My yoga style is a mixture of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga combined with Pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, mindfulness practice and Ayurveda.

Your inner and outer well-being are at the centre of my work.

I accompany you on the path back to yourself.

Opening hours

December to April: 16.00 to 20.00, earlier on request.

June to November on request, it takes 30 minutes for the saunas to heat up.

Other times are possible on request.
Subject to seasonal or weather-related changes.

Bring your own bathing shoes! If you have forgotten them or would like new ones: we sell flip flops from “RE use me” for CHF 6.00 at reception.

External guests

We are happy to welcome external guests to our sauna area by prior arrangement. The number of places is limited.

Whirlpool with hot fresh water

Enjoy an exclusive and private time-out! In our private whirlpool with warm fresh water and homemade aromatic bath salts, you can enjoy a relaxing and bubbly warm bath with a glass of Valais sparkling wine for approx. 25 minutes. View of the Stalen Chapel included.

You lie almost weightlessly in the gently bubbling warm water. Complete relaxation, as the luxurious bath relieves the body of stress and tension and lets the soul come to rest. Let your mind wander and feel everyday life recede into the distance.

Culinary delights

On request, you can enjoy a delicious 4-course dinner menu for CHF 54.00 per person in the evening after your sauna session.

In the hotel lounge you can enjoy an aperitif before the meal and / or a Schlummi after the meal.
