Regional enjoyment

Culinary highlights
Our food is fresh, creative, and home-made.  Regionality and ecology are particularly important to us. We offer organic produce wherever it makes sense and use seasonal fruits and vegetables. We avoid processed food and use fresh herbs and salads from our own garden. See for yourself on our Instagram channel.

Our chefs create great tasting delicacies for you with great skill and dedication. We place enormous value on craftsmanship. For example, we grind the wholemeal grain for our dough and bake it in-house into golden breads. We also have the “nose to tail” approach, in which we buy whole animals from friendly local farmers and have them slaughtered by the village butcher. Our chefs use the whole animal, which is a challenge, but also satisfying.

On request, locals, external guests or second home guests can enjoy a delicious 4-course evening menu for CHF 49.00 per person.

Our chef’s motto: homemade tastes best.

An alpine breakfast

The perfect start to the day consists of fresh homemade bread together with homemade jams, regional cheeses, meat from the village butcher, fresh muesli with ground oats or spelt, eggs from a free-range farm in Naters and regional honey. There is also a large selection of teas, cereals, and fruits.

We offer some small lunch dishes: you can choose from a variety of salads, soups, buckwheat crepes
and homemade cake.

What a nice feeling to end the evening with our 4-course dinner. You can choose between
meat and vegetarian dishes.

Our contribution against food waste is to turn the kitchen waste into biogas, and the fresh waste into compost. We are also members of toogoodtogo.
