Our food is fresh, creative, and home-made. Regionality and ecology are particularly important to us. We offer organic produce wherever it makes sense and use seasonal fruits and vegetables. Our chefs create great tasting delicacies for you with great skill and dedication. We place enormous value on craftsmanship. For example, we grind the wholemeal grain for our dough and bake it in-house into golden breads. We also have the “nose to tail” approach, in which we buy whole animals from friendly local farmers and have them slaughtered by the village butcher. Our chefs use the whole animal, which is a challenge, but also satisfying.
