Culinary flights of fancy guaranteed
Fresh, creative and home-made: that’s how our cuisine can be described in three words. Regionality and ecology are very important to us. Accordingly, we offer organic quality wherever it makes sense and use seasonal fruit and vegetables. We consistently avoid ready-made products and use fresh herbs and salads from our own garden.
Our chefs conjure up unique delicacies for you with great skill and dedication. We attach great importance to craftsmanship. We grind the wholemeal flour for our doughs ourselves and bake it in-house into golden breads. We also take the “nose to tail” approach, buying whole Goms animals from friendly farmers and having them slaughtered by the village butcher. Our kitchen therefore uses the whole animal, which is a welcome challenge.
On request, locals, external guests or second home guests can enjoy a delicious 4-course evening menu for CHF 54.00 per person.

An alpine breakfast
The perfect start to the day consists of fresh, homemade bread, the grain of which we grind ourselves. You can also enjoy homemade jams, cheese specialties from the region, meat from the village butcher, fresh muesli with crushed oats or spelt, free-range eggs from the Upper Valais in Naters and honey from the region. You also have a large selection of open teas, grains and fruit.

On Saturday evening, the host Sebastian spreads the raclette.
