The room rates are per room per day and include breakfast buffet, VAT and service. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Tourist tax exclusive

Room category

We reserve the room category for you, we do not guarantee a specific room number or a specific floor.

Booking guarantee

A definite booking can be made with a reconfirmation, but this is not mandatory.

Cancellations are handled in accordance with Art. 160 of the Swiss Code of Obligations
Cancellations must generally be made in writing
December to April
We reserve the right to charge 100% of the room price for cancellations 7 – 0 days before arrival, 14 – 8 days before arrival 80%, 15 – 21 days before arrival 60%, 22 – 30 days before arrival 50% of the room price. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. We will send you an invoice for forwarding to your cancellation insurance if we are unable to re-let the room.
Our prices include half board during the winter season. We do not pay any compensation for dinner cancellations.

June to November
We reserve the right to charge 100% of the room price for cancellations 2-0 days before arrival and 60% 7-3 days before arrival. Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge.
Early departure and/or late arrival will be treated as a ‘no show’ and will be charged unless the reservation change is made in writing 15 days (winter) or 7 days (summer) in advance
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
Groups
Special booking and cancellation conditions apply to group bookings. At the Hotel Glocke, groups of 8 persons or more are subject to special cancellation conditions.

Generally for groups
In the case of a booking, a deposit of 20% of the arrangement is payable. The remaining 80% is payable up to 30 days before arrival.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will be charged at 30% of the booked arrangement.
Cancellations up to 29 – 15 days before arrival will be charged 60% of the booked arrangement.
Cancellations up to 14 – 0 days before arrival will be charged with 100% of the booked arrangement.
Cancellations for individual room cancellations will be charged as follows:

21 days before arrival free of charge
20 – 14 days before arrival 40% of the arrangement
13 – 7 days before arrival 60% of the arrangement
6 – 0 days before arrival 100% of the arrangement

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 3.00 pm at the earliest. We kindly ask you to inform us of any later arrival times. On the day of departure your room will be ready for you by 11.00 a.m. at the latest.

Internet access
You have free WLAN access throughout the hotel.

Car park
Outdoor parking spaces are available free of charge.

Pets
On request, you are welcome to bring your dog, for which we charge CHF 15.00 per night (without food). Dogs are not allowed in the new Goggwäärgji building or in the dining room. A total of 4 rooms are available for dogs in the Mutterhaus (on request).

Place of jurisdiction
Contracts concluded and business relationships entered into with the hotel are subject to local law at the location of the hotel.
