💰 Prices  & Touris Taxes

    • Currency: All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF)
      Included: Breakfast buffet, VAT and service charge (per room/day).
      Subject to change: Prices are subject to change at any time.
      Adults & young people aged 17 and over: CHF 4.00 per night
      Children (aged 6–16): CHF 2.00 per night
      Children (0–5 years): Free of charge (visitor’s tax)

🔑 Booking & Rooms

    • Room category: we guarantee the category you have booked. We cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor in advance.
    • Confirmation: a written confirmation finalises your booking, but is not strictly necessary

⏱️ Arrival & Departure

    • Check-in: rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know in advance if you are arriving late. 
    • Check-out: On the day of departure, your room is available until 11.00 am at the latest.

❌ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are handled in accordance with Article 160 of the Swiss Code of Obligations and must always be made in writing. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
Up to 21 days before arrival: Free of charge.
20 to 7 days before arrival: 60% of the room rate will be charged.
6 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the room rate will be charged.
(Please note: We will issue an invoice to your insurance company if the room cannot be re-let).
Winter season: Prices include half-board. No refund will be given if dinner is cancelled.
Early departure / late arrival: Will be charged at 100% as a ‘no-show’. Exception: The change must be notified in writing at least 15 days in advance.

🐕 Dogs & Pets
Booking: Dogs are only permitted upon prior request.
Fee: CHF 15.00 per night (food not included).
Restrictions:

Dogs are not permitted in the new Goggwäärgji building or in the dining room.
In the main building, there are a total of 4 special rooms available for dogs.

🌐 Free extras
Internet: Free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel.
Parking: Free outdoor parking spaces are available on site.

Contracts and business relationships are governed by local law at the hotel’s location.
